Every Relationship begins with an Introduction. Meet the Plant Allies Behind Abundance.
-
Sweet Birch carries the wisdom of the mother tree. Strong yet gentle, birch has long been associated with renewal, protection, and new beginnings. In my own relationship with this tree, she represents the nurturing presence that reminds us growth does not have to come from struggle alone. She teaches us that abundance begins when we are rooted in care, supported enough to reach toward what is calling us forward.
Connected with the rune Berkana, Birch speaks to birth, becoming, and the sacred process of bringing something new into the world. She reminds us that every creation has a season, and every seed deserves patience, protection, and nourishment as it grows.
Vanilla warm, comforting, and deeply inviting, Vanilla reminds us that receiving is part of the cycle of abundance. It brings the sweetness of gratitude and the reminder that joy is not something we have to earn after achieving our goals. It can be part of the journey itself.
Cinnamon brings warmth, movement, and activation. It reminds us that while we are supported by the Earth, we are also participants in our own becoming. Growth asks us to take action, follow inspiration, and step toward the opportunities that call to us.

Abundance is for the person who is ready to grow something meaningful but is learning that growth does not require exhaustion.
For the one planting seeds, beginning again, or stepping into a new chapter while learning to trust the process.
For anyone who has spent years giving to others and is now learning that they, too, are worthy of receiving nourishment, support, and the richness life has to offer.

Find a quiet place where you can pause and receive. Anoint yourself, your hands, or a candle with the oil, or gently mist your space with the spray. Let this moment become an invitation to soften into the possibility of being supported.
Take three slow breaths and notice the scent as it unfolds. Allow yourself to meet Sweet Birch first. Imagine standing beneath a birch tree, its branches reaching gently above you. Feel the presence of a tree that knows how to nurture new beginnings.
Place your hands over your heart or your lower abdomen and imagine a small seed resting within you. This seed carries your dreams, your creativity, your purpose, and the things you are becoming.
As you breathe, ask:
What am I ready to nurture into being?
Visualize the roots of that seed growing downward, receiving nourishment from the Earth, while the first small leaves reach toward the light.
Remember the wisdom of Berkana: growth happens through cycles. There is a time for planting, a time for tending, a time for blooming, and a time for harvest.
Stay with the plants for a few moments and allow yourself to receive the reminder that you do not have to force what is meant to grow.
When you are ready, open your eyes and carry that sense of support with you.
-
With consistent practice, you may begin to notice where life is already offering support and where you are being invited to receive rather than constantly strive.
You may feel more connected to your own creative energy, your goals, and the small steps that help your intentions take root.
Abundance often arrives quietly, beginning as a seed before it becomes something visible.
-
“Little seed, you do not need to rush toward the sky.
Root deeply.
Receive what nourishes you.
We have held space for your becoming all along.
Trust the season you are in.”
