Order Processing
At FeatherBee, nothing is created simply to fill a shelf. Each piece is made in relationship with the plants and with the person it is meant to find. When your order is placed, the plants and their work begin moving toward you.
Please allow 3–7 business days (this does not include shipping time) for your order to begin its journey to you.
Exchanges and Returns
Due to the nature of my business, I am not able to accept returns or process refunds. All sales are final. Please make sure you’re happy with your selection before placing your order.

Shipping Information
Once your FeatherBee creation has been prepared and enters its journey to you, most orders are sent through USPS. I do my best to offer a $9 flat-rate shipping option whenever possible, but shipping rates are ultimately determined by the carrier and may vary depending on the size, weight, destination, or contents of your order.
Your package is carefully prepared and protected before it leaves FeatherBee, but once it enters the care of the carrier, delivery times and handling are outside of my control. Tracking information will be provided whenever available so you can follow your package as it makes its way home.
